1.2 Online Payment Methods:
For online sales through the website www.toyotarp.com or applications, Ricardo Pérez, S.A. accepts payments by bank transfer and credit card. For parts and accessories, payments through point-of-sale terminals are also accepted.
1.3 Product Delivery:
Vehicles:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Delivery available in Panama City, David (Chiriquí), Chitré, and Las Tablas. For other locations, please contact our Sales Department to schedule delivery.
Costa Verde branch: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
After-Sales Services:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Home delivery available in Panama City (up to Bridge of the Americas, Las Cumbres, and La Doña), and Chiriquí Province (including David, San Pablo, Bugaba, Algarrobo, Las Lomas, Pedregal, and Boquete).
Costa Verde branch hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; and Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

RICARDO PÉREZ, S.A. is the exclusive authorized distributor of Toyota vehicles, products, and services in Panama.
All sales of products and services are governed by the applicable sales agreements and Consumer Protection Laws.
RICARDO PÉREZ, S.A. reserves the right to determine whether a customer qualifies for vehicle financing with banking institutions or for any promotion, and is not obligated to sell any vehicle, product, or service at the prices published on this website, which are provided for reference only and may be modified without prior notice.
